IMPORTANT NOTICE  for our esteemed customers who are ordering from outside the USA or shipping outside the USA:

1.  All customers who are paying from outside the United States and/or who are mailing orders outside the United States must pay with verified PayPal or international (or U.S.) money order.   Unfortunately, due to massive international fraud, we can no longer accept credit card payments for customers purchasing from outside the United States or delivering outside the United States. 

2. Please be aware that all items we sell are shipped from the United States of America to your destination. This means that if the destination for your order is outside the United States, as far as YOUR government is concerned, you are IMPORTING goods from a foreign country, and those goods may be subject to your country's tariffs, taxes, impound fees, Customs and Excise,  and other unfortunate charges.  These charges are imposed by YOUR government (not by the USA and not by Mandarava), and are not included  with the product price or shipping/handling charges that Mandarava charges.  In addition, many countries have restrictions on what items may be imported.

3. As a United States company, Mandarava does not and cannot include those charges in its shipping fees (this would be illegal).  Also, since every country's laws are different and frequently changing,  we cannot calculate those additional charges for you.   We must, therefore, advise you that you are entirely responsible for any additional charges that your government may impose on your package.    In some cases, customers have received many packages from us without problem--then suddenly, a package will be impounded by their country's Postal Office or Customs Office, resulting in very large additional charges.

PLEASE APPRISE YOURSELF OF YOUR COUNTRY'S LAWS REGARDING THE IMPORT OF PACKAGES.   Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders that are impounded  or confiscated by your country's customs department.
