T-Shirt Quality and Artist Information
We at Mandarava are very excited to be able to offer you a wonderful
collection of soft, high-quality, screen-printed T-Shirts, Sleep Shirts and Long-Sleeved
Shirts and Ladies' Tops featuring highly-detailed, beautifully rendered angels,
fairies, dragons, dolphins, wildlife, pets, dinosaurs, inspirational, Southwestern and
Celtic images in 4 Children's sizes, 5 Adult sizes, and 4 Ladies' Sizes (Tops) with
over 500 IMAGES by renowned artists available.
All T-Shirts, Sleep shirts, Long-Sleeved Shirts and Ladies' Tops are made from
comfortable top-quality, tie-dyed, pre-shrunk 100% cotton by The Mountain®. Even the tags
are comfortable--and made from a soft, non-scratchy suede-like material. Each T-Shirt or
Ladies' Top is painstakingly embellished with a well-known artist's image, using an
intricate, time-consuming process that involves water-based inks that sink into the
fabric, rather than laying on top like plastic.
You'll recognize many of the paintings by well-known fantasy,
inspirational and wildlife
artists represented on these shirts, artists like fairy artist, Mary Baker St. Clair,
Native American artist Frank Howell, animal artist Barbara Keith and fantasy artist John
Shannon.

We
do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or Holidays.
In order to be able to offer you such a huge array of sizes and styles, we order only
what you order. This requires a little extra time, but when you see the beauty and quality
of these shirts, we're sure you'll agree that they were worth the (small) wait. Please
allow 10-17 BUSINESS days (i.e., weekdays, not weekends) for your order to be filled. If your order contains T-Shirts and non-T-Shirt items,
and you wish to have your shirt shipped separately from other items, there will be an extra shipping charge for the extra shipment. Please note in the
"COMMENTS" section of your order that you wish to do this. T-SHIRTS -LOWER SHIPPING RATES
If you are only ordering 1 or 2 T-Shirts, and have no other items in your order, your
shipping rate will probably be LOWER than the price quoted during checkout, as long as a
shipping envelope, rather than a shipping box, can be used, and as long as you are
shipping within the Continental United States. We make every effort to charge you the lowest rate
possible. T-Shirts are shipped via the US Mail, Priority Mail whenever possible.
Otherwise, we ship USPS Parcel Post. These rates are MUCH LOWER than UPS or Federal
Express

T-SHIRT RETURN/REFUND and CANCELLED ORDER FEES
All returns or refunds must be requested with 30 days of receipt of your order.
Items returned due to manufacturer defect are not charged a restocking fee, nor are you
charged for the additional shipping.
Orders that are returned for any reason other than defect or order error are charged a
restocking fee.
Our manufacturer charges a 20% restocking fee on all returned items--WE DO NOT GET THIS
MONEY--the manufacturer does. Please check your sizes carefully before
ordering. Contact us via email to request a Return Authorization Number. You
will be responsible for the shipping charges of returning your shirt to us, and for the
shipping of the replacement item, as well as the 20% restocking fee.
If you cancel your order within 3 days or ordering, and we have already ordered your shirt
from the manufacturer, we reserve the right to charge the restocking fee of 20%. We
don't like to do this, but if the shirt is already ordered, it will have to be returned to
the manufacturer, and we will lose money. |
T-SHIRT BACK-ORDER POLICY
Occasionally, a particular shirt may be out of stock at the manufacturer. If this case
arises, we have been advised that it may take up to 8 weeks for reprinting and restocking.
We will ALWAYS notify you if there is any such delay, and you ALWAYS have the option of
canceling or changing all or part of your order if this presents too great of an
inconvenience for you. We have never had this happen, but The Mountain® has advised
us that it does occasionally occur.

Don't waste time and energy hunting around for your size--order from us!
Our T-shirts, manufactured by The Mountain, come in FIVE Adult Sizes (M through 3XLG) and
FOUR Children's Sizes (SM through XLG), and are PRE-SHRUNK, so there should be no
appreciable shrinkage if you follow the washing instructions.
PLEASE MEASURE CAREFULLY!!! Shirts that are exchanged or
returned for ANY REASON other than manufacturer's defect are charged a 20%
restocking fee PLUS shipping, PLUS any difference in price between the shirt
ordered and the shirt returned.

All T-Shirts, Sleep-Shirts and Long-Sleeved Shirts are pre-shrunk. The manufacturer
suggests the following: Prior to wearing, wash separately in cold water (do not combine
light-colored and dark-colored items!)
- 1. Turn garment inside out.
- 2. Set wash temperature to cold.
- 3. Line dry or tumble dry low.
- 4. Do not bleach or dry clean.
For normal care and years of beautiful wear, please follow instructions 1-4 above. Do NOT
use hot water or bleach for washing these shirts. We also suggest that you separate dark
colors and light colors when washing.
