General Order Policies
We Accept MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders, PayPal and Checks in U.S. Dollars only.
Ordering Options: All of our ordering is done on-line. Our on-line ordering system uses SECURED SERVER technology to safeguard your information with the highest level of security. If you have any questions regarding your order or the order process, please contact us.
Payment Terms: We currently accept  VISA, MASTERCARD, PayPal, checks and money orders. To make a PayPal payment, please confirm your charges with us via email before depositing funds to our PayPal account ID. Please contact us for our PayPal account information.
We also accept Personal check, Cashier's check or Money Order made out to Mandarava. Checks and money orders should be mailed to Mandarava at  305 NE 6th Street #844, Grants Pass, OR 97526. Checks must clear your bank before items will be shipped.  There is a $25 charge for N.S.F. checks. In the highly unlikely and undesirable event that this account must turned over to an Attorney for collection, the customer will pay reasonable Attorney fees Additionally, in the event a suit or action is filed in respect to the collection of this account, the customer shall pay all Attorney fees at the trial level and on appeal.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations:
In most instances, we will accept order cancellations/changes up to 24 hours after your order is first submitted, unless a "rush" order was requested. Please email us to cancel your order, since our phone lines are only open during business hours Monday through Friday.

Returns & Refunds

Order Error Claims: If your order is short or incorrect in any way, PLEASE notify us by phone or email within 5 days of receipt of your order to obtain a Return Authorization Code and/or appropriate replacement or credit. Returns due to order error are not charged a restocking fee.

Order Damage/Defect Claims: Please report all damage, error, exchange, return or defect claims to us by phone or email within 5 days of receipt of your order, and obtain a Return Authorization Code. In general items that need to be returned due to damage, error or defect do not incur any restocking fees, and we will replace them or refund your money, provided they are shipped back to us within 15 days of the date your order was delivered to your delivery address. All returns (except large items) should be shipped back to us via United States Post Office Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We suggest that you insure any packages returned to us and obtain Delivery Confirmation from the United States Post Office as proof that you shipped the item. Items over $100 in value should be insured.  If your item was delivered via UPS (a large item) , please notify us IMMEDIATELY, since special return arrangements will have to be made.  Fine Jewelry (line code QX) items should always be insured for the full value.

Shipping Damage Claims: If your package appears to have been damaged in shipping, please note that this requires special coordination.  Please notify us immediately upon receipt of the damaged package, and keep ALL packing materials. You will receive, from us, a Return Authorization Code and instructions for returning the merchandise. Merchandise should be kept in original box with its packaging (as you received it) for possible inspection by delivery carrier. Mandarava cannot accept responsibility for  damages or if these procedures are not followed. Please note that shippers normally refund on damage claims within 30-60 days of receipt of claim--we have not control over that. You may be required by the shipper to fill out appropriate paperwork certifying the validity of the claim, and we will require your timely assistance in that procedure in order to get your claim processed as quickly as possible.

Discretionary Returns (i.e. for reasons other than defect, damage or error) will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must be shipped back to us within 15 days of the date your order was delivered to your delivery address.  You must notify us via email or phone within 5 days of receipt of your order for a Return Authorization Code before returning the item(s). All returns (except large items) should be shipped to us via United States Post Office Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, AFTER you receive your return authorization code from us. We suggest that you insure any packages returned to us and obtain Delivery Confirmation from the United States Post Office as proof that you shipped the item. Items over $100 in value should be insured. If your item was delivered via UPS (a large item) , please notify us IMMEDIATELY (before shipping), since special return arrangements will have to be made.  Fine Jewelry items should always be insured for the full value. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Items received back by us more than 20 days after the date your order was delivered to your delivery address normally cannot be accepted, and, if accepted, may incur a 20%-50% restocking fee at our discretion. 

NOTE: Certain Fine Jewelry (line code QX) items cannot be returned more than 15 days after the date your order is delivered to your delivery address.

Why do we have restocking fees?
In some cases, we have ordered your item(s) from another manufacturer, and we must follow their return rules.  In addition, we have paid to have the item shipped to us, and we have to pay to ship it back to the manufacturer.    In other cases, the manufacturers will not accept an item return at all, and we have to try to sell the item to someone else in order to recoup our loss.  As a small company, we simply cannot afford to absorb these losses the way that large, multi-million dollar companies can.  We hope you will understand.

International Orders

PLEASE NOTE: Only jewelry items and wands can be shipped internationally to selected countries. Statuary and home decor items CANNOT be shipped outside the U.S.A.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS SHIPPING OR RECEIVING PACKAGES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (non-US Military):

Please be aware that all items we sell are shipped from the United States of America to your destination. This means that if the destination for your order is outside the United States, as far as YOUR government is concerned, you are IMPORTING goods from a foreign country, and those goods may be subject to YOUR COUNTRY'S tariffs, taxes, impound fees, Customs and Excise,  and other charges.  These charges are imposed by YOUR government, and are NOT included  with the product price or shipping/handling charges that Mandarava charges.  In addition, many countries have restrictions on what items may be imported.

As a United States company, Mandarava does not and cannot include those charges in its shipping fees (this would be illegal).  Also, since every country's laws are different and frequently changing,  we cannot calculate those additional charges for you.   We must, therefore, advise you that you are entirely responsible for any additional charges that your government may impose on your package.    In some cases, customers have received many packages from us without problem--then suddenly, a package will be impounded by their country's Postal Office or Customs Office, resulting in very large additional charges.

PLEASE APPRISE YOURSELF OF YOUR COUNTRY'S LAWS REGARDING THE IMPORT OF PACKAGES.  WE CANNOT REFUND ORDERS THAT ARE IMPOUNDED BY CUSTOMS.

FREE SHIPPING OFFERS

If your order contains $30.00 or more (U.S. Dollars) in jewelry,

Please note that all statuary and/or home decor items have the phrase "SUM" in their item codes. For example: SUM7856, ARTSUM7056, DSUM7907 etc.
Our Free shipping offers apply to USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail Delivery within the Continental United States of America and apply to RETAIL ORDERS ONLY.
Items in your order that do not meet the FREE SHIPPING minimums will be charged our regular shipping rates.

Shipping Charges: Shipping amounts quoted on your on-line order form are quoted for CONTINENTAL UNITED STATE delivery. Your Shipping Charges appear on the Payment Page of your order (STEP 3 in the order process), AFTER you have entered your billing and shipping information.
If, for ANY REASON, your actual shipping/handling amount exceeds the quoted shipping estimate shown in the on-line shopping cart by more than $1 USD, you will be notified via email before we charge your account. We make every effort to charge you the least amount of shipping/handling possible, and will usually ship U.S. Parcel Post for smaller items.

Shipping Times: Most orders SHIP within 3-5 business days. Delivery time will depend on your location and method of shipment. Special order and one-off or custom items will take longer. Please notify us by email if you need items delivered by a particular date, and we can apprise you as to our "best estimate" for delivery time.

Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped US Parcel Postal whenever possible, and UPS for larger items, unless otherwise requested or specified. For orders delivered outside the continental United States, you will be notified of your shipping/handling charges VIA EMAIL, and we will wait for your confirmation of the total charges before we ship. If you would like your order insured, please inform us via email or phone, since there is a small charge imposed by the carriers for this service.

Discount Coupons - Free Gift coupons

Unless otherwise stated, Manadarava Coupons apply to RETAIL orders only.

Mandarava discount coupons and free item coupons are available at coupons sites across the web.  If your favorite coupon website does not carry Mandarava coupons, please urge them to do so, then let us know the name of the site.  If they accept our coupon (some sites are restricted to giant corporations or to certain types of businesses), we will give you an additional 5% discount on your next order. Coupon rules and restrictions

  • One coupon per customer per order.  The same coupon may not be used by the same customer within a 30-day period.

  • Coupons and other discounts may NOT be combined except for the Shipping Discount (orders with $10 or more in jewelry and/or $200 or more in statuary/gift items. See details above).

  • Unless otherwise stated, Coupons are only applied to orders that have a MINIMUM merchandise subtotal of $30.00 (United States Dollars) or more.  Orders under that amount will not receive the Coupon discount. This means that if your order contains $10 in jewelry items, you WILL receive the free jewelry shipping discount, but you will NOT receive a coupon discount. An order that contains $30 in jewelry items is elegible for BOTH our free shipping discount and a coupon discount (if you have a valid coupon code).

  • Coupon CodeMUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF PURCHASE.  We cannot honor coupon codes that are submitted after your order has been submitted.

  • Coupon Code MUST BE SUBMITTED ON-LINE. Coupons are only good for on-line, Retail orders.

  • Order must be placed before the coupon expiration date to be effective. You can check your coupon code at the top of this page.

Military Discounts

US MILITARY DISCOUNT on MANDARAVA ORDERS
10% Discount for US Military personnel and their families
on orders with merchandise subtotal of $30.00 or more

In honor of our US Military, Coast Guard and Reservist personnel veterans, and retirees,  and also recognizing the sacrifices of their families, we offer a special 10% US Military discount for all  current and former US Military personnel and their families on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $30.00 or more.  This discount cannot be combined with any other coupon discount or coupon free item.  However, it CAN be combined with the free shipping offers mentioned above.

The discount is extended to US Army, US Marines, US Navy, US National Guard, US Air Force and all Reserve Units.  All current, retired, veteran and reserve personnel are eligible, as well as parents, spouses and children of these personnel.  ALSO INCLUDED are all packages mailed to FPO or APO addresses.

PLEASE NOTE:  Unless you have obtained a Mandarava Military Discount Code, the 10% discount will be applied AFTER we receive your order  (our cart system cannot currently calculate this discount UNLESS YOU HAVE A MANDARAVA MILITARY DISCOUNT CODE, so we will do it manually after we receive your order).  The 10% discount will be applied to the item subtotal amount.  Shipping/handling and/or tax cannot be discounted.   Please note: Discount does not apply to certain deeply discounted items & sale pages. Please see details further down on page under "Exceptions".  This discount cannot be combined with any other discount except shipping discounts mentioned above.


How to Obtain Your Military Discount (i.e., How it Works!)

If you have a Mandarava Military Coupon code, just enter it in the Coupon Code box on the billing information page, and your order discount will be automatically applied during the Check-Out process.

If you are eligible for the Mandarava Military Discount, but do not have a coupon code, please enter the name and rank ONLY of your qualifying service person in the "Comments" box on the order payment page (for the safety of our troops in the field, please DO NOT include any deployment information regarding active duty service personnel).  If you are shipping to an FPO or APO, or if use the "Comments" box, your discount will be applied after we receive your order, because our cart system cannot interpret this information automatically.  Your card is NOT charged on line, so your order will be adjusted in our office before your card is charged.

Please note:  For those of you shipping to FPOs or APOs, the US Post office sometimes charges more shipping than is estimated on your order.  If this is the case, and if the shipping amount exceeds the stated estimate by more than $1,  we will notify you with the shipping total before we charge your order, and wait for your approval.

IMPORTANT NOTE - EXCEPTIONS to Mandarava Military Discount
In rare instances, some very deeply discounted items cannot be discounted any further, and we cannot apply a further discount to them. However, such items will be CLEARLY MARKED.
